科学的公共部门人力资源管理课程教学模式可深化人才培养、推动学科建设、创造良好的社会效益。但目前我国公共部门人力资源管理课程教学模式还存在教学内容不合理、教学素材不健全、教学方法不先进、考核方式不科学等问题。因此,要创新公共部门人力资源管理课程教学模式,必须合理选定教材和拟定教学内容、开发多媒体教学素材库、改进教学方法、进行科学考核。
Scientific public department human resource management course teaching mode can deepen personnel training, promote discipline construction, and create good social benefits. However, at present, there are still some problems in the teaching mode of human resource management courses in the public sector in our country, such as unreasonable teaching contents, imperfect teaching materials, advanced teaching methods and unscientific examination methods. Therefore, in order to innovate the teaching mode of human resources management courses in the public sector, it is necessary to rationally select teaching materials and formulate teaching contents, develop multimedia teaching material libraries, improve teaching methods and conduct scientific assessment.
