本文是针对中国产的稀土系合金为了解其球化能力,掌握其特性而进行的研究。试料装在塔曼管状坩埚内Ar气流中加热,熔化后将不同的球化剂添加到铁水表面,所得结果归纳如下:(1)在铁液中球化剂的作用范围,Mg系合金由Mg的蒸气压决定,RE系合金是由扩散决定。Mg和RE同时添加时,RE使Mg的蒸气压减小,并促进了RE的扩散。(2)RE具有中和反球化元素(如S、Ti)的作用。因此,使用Fe—Si—Mg—RE系合金,充分搅拌后只要加以孕育处理就能得到良好的球墨铸铁。
This article is aimed at China’s rare earth alloys in order to understand its ability to spheroidize, master its characteristics and carried out research. The sample was loaded into the Taman tubular crucible and heated in an Ar gas flow. After melting, different nodulizers were added to the molten iron surface. The results obtained are summarized as follows: (1) In the range of action of the nodularizer in molten iron, The vapor pressure of Mg is determined by the diffusion of RE-based alloy. When Mg and RE are simultaneously added, RE decreases the vapor pressure of Mg and promotes the diffusion of RE. (2) RE has the function of neutralizing anti-nodulizing elements (such as S, Ti). Therefore, the use of Fe-Si-Mg-RE-based alloys, fully stirred as long as the gestation can get good ductile iron.
