随着电视产业属性逐渐清晰,电视栏目作为电视台内部管理最基本的单元,它的职责已经不仅仅是完成行政管理下的播出任务,而是要越来越多地考虑节目质量、收视率、社会影响、广告收入、成本控制等诸多方面。因此,赋予栏目制片人明确的责任和权利,对其栏目的工作绩效制定科学的评价方法就成为各个电视台管理工作的重中之重。但是,在实际操作过程中,由于对电视节目的评价一直存在很多障碍,电视台的管理层对出台栏目评价方法也是慎之又慎。从大多数电视台进行节目管理的经验可以看出,对电视节目的评价方法大都是以综合排名作为评价的最终结果,

Therefore, to give column producers a clear responsibility and rights to work out the performance of their columns to develop a scientific evaluation method has become the top priority of the management of all television stations. However, in actual operation, there have been many obstacles to the evaluation of television programs. The management of television stations is also cautious about introducing column evaluation methods. From the experience of program management in most television stations, we can see that the evaluation methods of TV programs are mostly based on the comprehensive ranking as the final result of the evaluation.
