随着社会进步和农村经济的快速发展,解决农村供暖问题和改善农民居室的热舒适性迫在眉睫。尤其是北方寒冷地区和严寒地区,寻找一种农民现有经济条件能够承受的供暖方式尤为重要。火炕作为中国北方地区最普遍的供暖方式得到了广泛研究。本文通过对最新形式的火墙式火炕进行分析,发现了其存在排烟温度高、火炕内部烟气流动不均匀、炕墙中后端温度过低等缺点。针对上述缺点,提出了相应的改进措施,并通过实验对改进后的效果进行了检验。结果表明,改进后的火墙式火炕排烟温度可降低20~35℃,火炕内部烟气流动更加均匀,炕墙中后端温度得到了提升,均温提高了10~20℃,火炕的供热能力得到了大幅提高。
With the social progress and the rapid development of rural economy, it is imminent to solve the problem of rural heating and improve the thermal comfort of peasant’s room. Especially in the cold northern areas and cold regions, it is particularly important to find a heating method that farmers can afford under the current economic conditions. Ondang has been extensively studied as the most common heating method in northern China. Based on the analysis of the latest form of fire wall kang, this paper finds its shortcomings such as high exhaust gas temperature, uneven flow of smoke inside the kang and low back-end temperature in the kang wall. In view of the above shortcomings, the corresponding improvement measures are put forward, and the improved results are tested through experiments. The results show that the temperature of the improved fire wall can be reduced by 20 ~ 35 ℃, and the smoke flow inside the kang is more uniform. The temperature of the back end of the kang wall is improved, the average temperature is raised by 10 ~ 20 ℃, the heating of the kang Ability has been greatly improved.
