以黄原胶(XG)和腐植酸钠(SH)为原料,丙烯酸(AA)为单体,N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,采用微波辐射聚合制备了XG接枝AA/SH(XG-g-PAA/SH)高吸水性树脂。讨论了SH和MBA用量对树脂吸水(盐水)性能的影响,研究了树脂对沙土保水性能促进作用和SH缓释功能。结果表明:引入SH可降低树脂生产成本。当SH用量为20%(wt,质量分数,下同)时,树脂对去离子水和盐水的吸收率分别为876g/g和133g/g;MBA用量对树脂吸水(盐水)性能影响较大,其最佳用量为0.2%;在25℃和80℃下,加入树脂后的沙土保水性能均显著提高;树脂还具有优良的SH缓释功能。XG-g-PAA/SH可作为一种环境友好型多功能农用高吸水性树脂。
Using xylene (XG) and sodium humate (SH) as raw materials, acrylic acid (AA) as monomer and N, N’-methylenebisacrylamide (MBA) as crosslinking agent, XG grafted AA / SH (XG-g-PAA / SH) superabsorbent resin. The effects of the amount of SH and MBA on the water absorption (saltwater) of the resin were discussed. The effect of resin on the water retention of sand and the function of SH release were studied. The results show that the introduction of SH can reduce the resin production cost. Under the conditions of 25 ℃ and 80 ℃, the water-holding capacity of the soil after adding the resin is significantly increased. The resin also has excellent SH slow-release function. XG-g-PAA / SH can be used as an environment-friendly multi-purpose agricultural superabsorbent.
