“人”是组织管理中的特殊资源,管理者从根本上调动“人”的积极性、主动性、创造性,关键在于树立“以人为本”的管理观念,用“大人才”观点对待职工,通过目标诱导职工行为,建立健全对职工业绩评价考核体系,通过沟通解决职工与管理者之间在认识上的矛盾和分歧,达到上下左右认识上的统一。
