基德—克里克(Kidd Creek)矿是一个采用大孔方法高度机械化开采的地下矿,年产原生硫化矿石430万吨。由于采用该方法使坑内生产能力达到设计水平并保证安全生产。为了达到上述目标,该矿始终不断的在设计、生产和矿山设备应用的各个方面采用新的技术,并把它应用于矿山实际中去。本文描述了目前岩石力学方面的实践,开采设计及采矿设备在矿山的使用情况。以及在改善劳动生产率方面的某些研究工作。
The Kidd Creek mine is a highly mechanized mine using the macroporous method to produce 4.3 million tonnes of primary sulphide ore. Due to the adoption of the method, the production capacity in the pit reaches the designed level and the safe production is guaranteed. To achieve this goal, the mine has always adopted new technologies in all aspects of design, production and mining equipment applications and has applied it to mine practices. This article describes current rock mechanics practices, mining design and the use of mining equipment in mines. As well as some research work on improving labor productivity.
