目的选择适合投入使用前医疗器械的清洗方法,提高清洗质量。方法分别应用手工刷洗、全自动机械喷淋、超声清洗+手工刷洗3种清洗方法对平面、有齿和管腔类新器械进行清洗,用10倍放大镜检查清洗效果。结果平面类新器械用3种方法清洗合格率无明显差异;有齿和管腔类新器械用全自动机械喷淋清洗合格率低于用手工刷洗或超声清洗+手工刷洗法。结论采用手工刷洗或超声清洗+手工刷洗清洁结构复杂的新器械,可提高清洗效果。
Purpose Select the cleaning method suitable for medical devices before use, to improve the cleaning quality. Methods Three kinds of cleaning methods, manual brushing, automatic mechanical spraying, ultrasonic cleaning and hand brushing, respectively, were used to clean the new instruments of plane, teeth and lumens. The cleaning effect was checked with a magnifying glass of 10 times. Results There were no significant differences in the cleaning qualified rate of the three kinds of new instruments in the plane type. The qualified rate of automatic mechanical spray cleaning in the dentures and lumens was lower than that of the manual cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning and manual scrubbing methods. Conclusion The use of manual brushing or ultrasonic cleaning + hand-brush cleaning complex structure of new equipment, can improve the cleaning effect.
