在苏打盐碱危害条件下培育水稻新品种是水稻育种工作新的探索。此研究收集了水稻品种398份进行耐盐碱鉴定,用筛选出的较耐盐碱的材料作亲本进行单交、复交。对杂交后代进行更高一级浓度的耐盐碱鉴定。基点筛选与实验室鉴定相结合,初步明确了在碳酸盐危害下水稻耐盐碱品种的鉴定方法和评价标准。培育出了吉89~45耐盐碱水稻新品系,该品系在pH9.5,盐分含量0.3%条件下整个生育期表明出较强的耐盐碱特性,丰产性突出。2855,2856,2888三个株系也有希望培育成耐盐碱新品种。
Breeding new varieties of rice under soda-saline-alkali conditions is a new exploration of rice breeding. In this study, 398 rice varieties were collected for salt and alkali identification. The selected salt-tolerant materials were used as parents for single-cross and double-cross. The hybrid progeny of a higher concentration of salt tolerance identification. Base point screening and laboratory identification combined initially identified in the carbonate damage of salt-tolerant varieties of rice identification methods and evaluation criteria. A new salt-tolerant rice line 89-45 was cultivated. The strain showed strong salt-tolerance characteristics at pH9.5 and 0.3% salt content, and its high yield was outstanding. 2855,2856,2888 three strains also hope to cultivate into a new salt-tolerant varieties.
