为建设安全高效的机场体系,优化飞行程序保护区,缓解终端区流量瓶颈问题,通过分析对比三种飞行程序保护区设计标准及准则,采取按照最低保护区标准集成各种程序。提出飞行程序保护区设计的空间拓宽思想,采用单向穿越高度组织基础上的双层规划思想及其计算方法,构造一个多目标双层规划描述单向穿越高度交通组织优化问题。本文为飞行程序设计提出了新的飞行程序设计优化思想。
In order to construct a safe and efficient airport system, optimize the flight program protection zone and alleviate the traffic bottleneck problem in the terminal zone, various standards and guidelines for the protection zone design of the three flight procedures are analyzed and compared, and various programs are integrated according to the minimum protection zone standards. The idea of space-widening of the design of flight program reserves is put forward and the idea of double-layer planning based on one-way crossing height organization and its calculation method are proposed. A multi-objective bi-level programming is proposed to describe the optimization of one-way crossing high-altitude traffic organization. This paper proposed a new flight programming optimization idea for flight programming.
