本文采用藉胃镜携带的自制双极粘膜吸附电极和微型腔内压力传感器,建立了一种同步测定在体胃肌电活动和腔内压力变化的方法。经检测12例健康者和63例各种慢性胃病患者表明,本法简便易行,定位准确,成功率较高。既能分别准确地记录胃肌电活动和腔内压力的变化,又可反映两者间的相互关系。有助于临床上客观地评价胃的运动功能状态及其异常的发生环节,可能为内镜诊断提供一种新的手段。
In this paper, self-made dipolar mucosal adsorbed electrodes and micro-cavity pressure sensors carried by gastroscope were used to establish a method for the simultaneous determination of changes in the gastric myoelectric activity and lumen pressure. After testing 12 healthy subjects and 63 patients with various chronic gastritis patients showed that this method is simple, accurate positioning, high success rate. Not only can accurately record the gastric myoelectric activity and intracavitary pressure changes, but also reflect the relationship between the two. It is helpful to objectively evaluate the status of gastric motor function and its abnormality clinically and may provide a new method for endoscopic diagnosis.
