为教师提供学习资源的支持是提升园本教研质量、促进教师自主学习的重要保障。本文以湖北省武汉市A幼儿园支持教师在园本教研中学习的具体实践为例,以幼儿园管理为切入点,在探索幼儿园支持教师学习的有效策略方面获得如下启示:了解教师真实的学习需求;创设多元化的网络学习平台;确保常态化的教研实践;健全学习资源的使用和管理制度;及时将教研成果转化为专业学习资源。
Providing teachers with support for learning resources is an important guarantee for enhancing the quality of teaching and research at a garden and promoting teachers’ autonomous learning. Taking Kindergarten in Wuhan City, Hubei Province, as an example, Kindergarten supports the teachers’ learning experience in the teaching and research. Taking kindergarten management as an example, this paper gives the following enlightenment in exploring effective strategies for kindergarten to support teachers’ learning: To understand teachers’ real learning needs; To create a wide range of online learning platform; to ensure normal teaching and research practice; improve the use of learning resources and management system; timely teaching and research achievements into professional learning resources.
