研究目的:跨越式发展形势下铁路建设理念已发生重大变革。铁路站场设计如何适应新的建设要求成为重要课题。本文结合多年铁路站场设计咨询、规程规范编制、技术管理的实践,从较宏观的角度总结新形势下铁路车站及枢纽的规划建设理念和特点,为设计人员提供设计借鉴参考。研究结论:运营便利与工程节省历来有一定的对立性。铁路站场设计在理念上应以运营条件、能力最大化为第一要素,对生产力布局调整、整合;客货运设备配备应以服务地方、利于发展为目标;在枢纽及地区站场设计中应贯彻客货分站(分线)、客内货外;任何情况下都要高度重视运营安全的理念。在具体工程设计上,要因地制宜地优化工程设计,达到最优的工程及运营效果。
Research purposes: The concept of railway construction has undergone major changes under the situation of leaping development. How railway station yard design adapts to new construction requirements becomes an important issue. Based on the practice of designing and consulting many railway stations and stations, the rules and regulations and technical management, this paper summarizes the planning and construction concepts and characteristics of railway stations and hubs under the new situation and provides reference for designers.
