目前,我国处于便利店导入期阶段。本文试图明确食杂店的经营现状和经营薄弱环节,回答食杂店加盟便利店的可行性问题,目的是为食杂店与便利店确定经营决策,为政府制定扶持政策提供理论依据。借鉴田村正纪开发的量表,对长春市食杂店进行问卷调查和访谈,收集到食杂店的零售组合、经营人员的经营意识和经营策略方面的数据,对数据进行描述统计和因子分析后得出:在影响食杂店加盟便利店的各种因素中,有利的是店铺选址、资产、管理经验和经营者的年轻化、全职化、夫妇二人协同经营方式;不利的是经营人员的生计意识和低价格、低服务的经营策略及其经营习惯、资金实力和店铺营业面积。结果表明,长春市的食杂店加盟便利店还需要克服很多困难。
