18×12m、24×12m柱网工业建筑屋盖设置托架有很多缺点;布置12m柱距屋架,支撑和围墙又费得多;不如采用18、24m屋面梁与3×12m大板。或者12m纵向梁与3×18、3×24m板架合一构件。这样设计,尤其是雪压大、需悬挂吊车的场合,梁的荷载较大。为了不增加支座高度,避免设置支撑,可采用支座处与跨中不等高的做法;或者说,在支座处切一缺口。主筋采用混合配筋:预应力筋直通切口,非预应力筋仅布置在跨中。这样的屋面梁或纵向梁制作安装方便,省工省资,有利于端部尺寸与构造的统一,加快施工速度,降低结构高度,节约能源。

Or a 12m longitudinal beam and a 3x18, 3x24m plate frame are combined together. This design, especially when the snow pressure is high and the crane needs to be hoisted, the load of the beam is large. In order not to increase the height of the support and avoid setting up the support, the use of unequal heights at the support and mid-span may be used; or, a notch may be cut at the support. The main tendons adopt mixed reinforcement: the prestressed tendons pass through the incision, and the non-prestressed tendons are only arranged in the midspan. Such roof beams or longitudinal beams are easy to manufacture and install, save labor and capital, help to unify the size and structure of the end, accelerate the construction speed, reduce the height of the structure, and save energy.
