企业薪酬福利对人力资源优势的发挥具有重要的作用。随着知识经济时代的到来,为了适应市场竞争的需要,尽快建立起一套完整科学的知识员工薪酬激励体系,以有效地吸引和激励知识员工,以成为企业赢得市场竞争优势的关键。本文对薪酬公平和薪酬福利激励制度进行讨论,分析了企业薪酬福利对员工的激励作用,并提出了如何发挥出薪酬福利对员工激励作用的相关解决策略。
Enterprise salary and benefits play an important role in the development of human resources. With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, in order to meet the needs of market competition, a complete and scientific system of salary system for knowledge workers should be established as soon as possible so as to effectively attract and motivate knowledge workers so as to become the key for enterprises to gain market competitive advantage. This paper discusses the compensation fairness and salary incentive system, analyzes the incentive function of the enterprise salary and benefits to employees, and puts forward some countermeasures for how to give play to the employee incentive function.
