以0.005%溴敌隆颗粒毒饵,采用1、1、2间隔饱和投饵法(投放3次及6次)与连续5天饱和投饵法,对城乡家鼠大面积杀灭效果达88.64%～93.21%;同时采用1、1、2间隔饱和投饵法(投放6次),投放0.005%溴敌隆蜡块毒饵于居民住宅与企事业单位混合区,平均灭鼠率为76.07%。两种剂型的安全性良好,并对常见家鼠(褐家鼠、黄胸鼠、小家鼠)和臭鼩均有杀灭效果。建议在群众性灭鼠时,宜多采用间隔饱和投饵,以期提高灭效;蜡块毒饵的配方与制作工艺应予改进;在计划灭鼠时,应同时考虑灭蚤问题,以防止有关传染病的传播发生或回升。
