基于黄金圆环法则的人力资源管理在改进组织结构,组织绩效,能力开发以及组织变革方面发挥着重要的作用。目前基于黄金圆环法则的人力资源管理越来越受到企业界人士的关注,成为企业管理升级过程中一项刻不容缓的工作。它的目的是:保证组织能够拥用良好技术和素养的员工,使得组织保持持续的竞争优势,形成战略能力,达到依靠实现战略目标和依靠核心人力资源建立竞争优势的目的。此外基于黄金圆环法则的人力资源管理也存在人力资源管理体系不完善、对培训体系重视程度不够、缺乏行之有效的激励机制、对人资源管理贡献作用不大等问题。
Human resource management based on the Golden Circle Law plays an important role in improving organizational structure, organizational performance, capability development and organizational change. At present, human resource management based on the Golden Circle Law is more and more concerned by the business community and has become an urgent task in the process of enterprise management upgrade. Its purpose is: to ensure that organizations have good technical and literacy staff, enabling organizations to maintain a sustained competitive advantage, the formation of strategic capabilities, relying on the achievement of strategic objectives and relying on the core of human resources to establish a competitive advantage. In addition, human resource management based on Golden Circle Law also has some problems such as imperfect human resource management system, insufficient attention to training system, lack of effective incentive mechanism and little contribution to human resources management.
