一所学校、一个班级、一位教师使一名优秀的学生更优秀,是成绩;但如果成功地转变一个后进生,当然更是成绩。我们作为21世纪的教育工作者,在注重学生全面发展的今天,转化后进生已成为当今素质教育的主旋律。为此,我在工作过程中,切实把握后进生的心理需求,从而对其进行有效地激励转变。
A school, a class, and a teacher make a good student a better result; but if you succeed in transforming a post-graduated student, you certainly have a grade. As an educator in the 21st century, as we pay attention to the all-round development of students, we have become the main theme of today’s quality-oriented education. To this end, I am in the process of work, effectively grasp the psychological needs of students, so as to effectively motivate them.
