本实验以D+-氨基半乳糖(Gal)350mg/kg体重腹注,引起Wistar大鼠暴发性肝衰竭,用成年兔再生肝抽提液与同种胎肝细胞悬液治疗.采用组织学、组织化学方法观察.结果表明成年兔再生肝抽提液可使肝小叶内细胞变性坏死程度减轻,保持胆小管的AKP酶活性,使肝细胞增殖明显增强,ANAE酶活性较高,糖原合成能力恢复较早.胎肝组与肝抽提液组的结果类似.提示该两种制剂中均可能含有肝细胞生长因子等有效成分,具有保护肝细胞,促进其再生和酶活性恢复等作用.
In this experiment, abdominal injection of 350 mg / kg body weight of D + -Galactosamine (Gal) resulted in fulminant hepatic failure in Wistar rats. The adult rabbit regenerated liver extract and the same fetal liver cell suspension were used for the treatment. Using histology, histochemical observation. The results showed that adult rabbit regenerated hepatic extracts can reduce the degree of cell degeneration and necrosis in the hepatic lobule, maintain the activity of AKP in the tubule, enhance the proliferation of hepatocytes, and increase the activity of ANAE enzyme. Fetal liver group and liver extract group similar results. It is suggested that these two preparations may contain effective components such as hepatocyte growth factor and have the functions of protecting hepatocytes, promoting their regeneration and recovering enzyme activity.
