本文研究了W_(18)Cr_4V高速钢低、高温回火加上渗硫软氮化复合热处理对其机械性能的影响。试验结果表明:经过560℃1h3次回火,起二次硬化作用的主要是V_4C_3。而经淬火加低、高温回火起二次硬化作用的则是V_4C_3和M_2C。 经淬火和低、高温回火后再加上渗硫软氮化复合热处理,其表面耐磨性进一步提高,硬度、弯曲强度和冲击韧性也都有所提高,钢的使用寿命亦提高1—2倍。
In this paper, the effect of low and high temperature tempering of W_ (18) Cr_4V high speed steel with the infiltration of nitriding and nitriding on its mechanical properties was studied. The test results show that: after 560 ℃ 1h3 times tempering, secondary hardening is the main role of V_4C_3. The quenching plus low, high temperature tempering secondary hardening effect is V_4C_3 and M_2C. After quenching and low and high temperature tempering coupled with infiltration of sulfur nitrocarburizing heat treatment, the surface wear resistance to further improve the hardness, flexural strength and impact toughness have also increased, the service life of steel also increased 1-2 Times
