在相同的种植条件下研究了 8个不同烟草类型共 47份烟草基因型的种子含钾量、千粒重及种子含钾量和千粒重之间的关系。结果表明 ,各烟草类型之间种子含钾量差异达显著水平 ,千粒重差异达极显著水平。 8个类型中黄花烟、原始种都具有较高的种子含钾量和千粒重 ,烤烟种子含钾量和千粒重均居中等水平。种子含钾量排序为 :黄花烟 >原始种 >白肋烟 >心叶烟 >烤烟 >香料烟 >马里兰烟 >晾晒烟。对烤烟 34份基因型分 6组比较其种子含钾量 ,各组之间存在极显著差异 ,RG17、中烟 90种子含钾量最高 ;种子千粒重排序为 :黄花烟 >原始种 >香料烟 >烤烟 >晒晾烟 >马里兰烟 >白肋烟 >心叶烟。对烤烟分 7组比较种子千粒重 ,各组之间也存在极显著差异 ,广烟 12具有最大千粒重。对所有 47个烟草基因型的种子含钾量和千粒重进行相关分析 ,结果表明两者具有负相关关系
Under the same planting conditions, the relationship between potassium content, 1000-grain weight, seed K content and 1000-grain weight of 47 tobacco genotypes from 8 different tobacco types was studied. The results showed that there was significant difference in K content between different tobacco types, and the difference of 1000-grain weight was extremely significant. Eight types of yellow smoke, the original species have higher seed potassium and 1000-grain weight, seeds of flue-cured tobacco and 1000-grain weight medium-level. Seed potassium content of the order: yellow smoke> original> Burley> heart leaf tobacco> flue-cured tobacco> aromatic tobacco> Maryland tobacco> drying tobacco. The genotypes of flue-cured tobacco were compared among six groups and the contents of potassium in the six groups were significantly different. There was a significant difference among the groups. RG17 and the 90 seeds of Zhongyan had the highest potassium content. The order of 1000-seed weight was: yellow tobacco> original> aromatic tobacco> Flue-cured tobacco> Sun-cured tobacco> Maryland tobacco> Burley tobacco> Heart leaf tobacco. Seven groups of flue-cured tobacco compared seed weight 1000, there are also very significant differences between groups, the largest Guangyin 12 with a thousand grain weight. Correlation analysis of potassium content and 1000-grain weight of seeds in all 47 tobacco genotypes showed that there was a negative correlation between them
