以289家中国制造企业为研究样本,探讨高管团队认知风格对技术创新的影响。研究发现,高管团队分析型认知风格偏好工艺创新,并通过工艺创新影响企业绩效;创造型认知风格偏好产品创新,并通过产品创新影响企业绩效。研究发现为促进中国制造企业产品创新提供了战略指导,要实现从“中国制造”向“中国创造”转型,从全球产业链的低利润区向高利润区的升级,关键在高管团队认知风格的转变,在感知和处理信息能够更具灵活性和创造性,不受已有框架的束缚。最后分析了局限性和未来建议。
Taking 289 Chinese manufacturing enterprises as the research sample, this paper explores the impact of senior management team’s cognitive style on technological innovation. The study found that the senior management team preferred the analytic cognitive style preference process innovation and influenced the enterprise performance through the process innovation; the creative cognitive style preferred the product innovation and influenced the enterprise performance through the product innovation. The research found that it has provided strategic guidance for promoting product innovation in Chinese manufacturing enterprises. The key to achieving the transformation from “Made in China” to “Made in China” from the low profit area to the high profit area in the global industrial chain is high The change in the team’s cognitive style can be more flexible and creative in perceiving and processing information without being bound by existing frameworks. Finally, the limitations and future suggestions are analyzed.
