本文对空间环境诱发的雄县红小豆大粒突变后代高世代群体材料的遗传变异进行了分析 ,结果表明 :(1 )对大粒性性状进行定向选择有效 ;(2 )在对大粒性选择的同时 ,其它农艺性状也有所改善 ,并保持相当的遗传变异 ;(3 )不同群体材料其农艺性状之间的相关性也有一定的差异 ,在对百粒重、单株产量等目标性状进行间接选择时 ,应考虑被选择的群体是家系还是单株 ,不同的群体应采用相对应的策略。
In this paper, we analyzed the genetic variation of the high-generation population of the offspring of Xiongxianghuangzhu induced by space environment. The results showed that: (1) the directional selection of large-grain traits was effective; (2) Other agronomic traits also improved and maintained the same genetic variation. (3) The correlations among agronomic traits of different groups of materials also had some differences. When choosing the indirect trait of 100-grain weight and yield per plant, Consideration should be given to whether the selected group is a pedigree or a single strain, and different groups should adopt the corresponding strategies.
