本文在深入分析目前秦皇岛市引青管理局人力资源现状的基础上,针对该单位人力资源管理观念相对传统和陈旧,职工队伍人员素质参差不齐、人力资源结构不合理及管理不科学等问题,结合实践管理经验,提出应通过制定人力资源规划、加强岗位管理、建立健全绩效考核制度、加强人力资源培训和企业文化等途径来充分开发人力资源,改善人力资源素质,加强人力资源管理。
Based on the in-depth analysis of the present situation of human resources in Qinhuangdao Municipal Bureau of Attraction and Administration, aiming at the issues such as the relatively traditional and obsolete concepts of human resources management in the unit, the uneven quality of staff in the workforce, the irrational structure of human resources and the unscientific management, Combined with practical management experience, it is suggested that human resources should be fully developed, human resources quality should be improved, and human resources management should be strengthened by formulating human resources planning, strengthening post management, establishing and perfecting performance appraisal system, strengthening human resources training and corporate culture.
