目的:探讨CD44v3和MMP-9在绒癌中的表达及相关性,揭示在绒癌中的作用。方法:采用SABC免疫组化法检测30例正常绒毛、20例绒癌的表达情况。结果:CD44v3在正常绒毛、绒癌中阳性表达率分别为3.3%、90.0%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MMP-9的阳性表达率分别为6.7%、80.0%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在绒癌中,CD44v3和MMP-9蛋白表达之间呈明显的正相关(P<0.05)。结论:CD44v3和MMP-9的过表达在绒癌发生、发展过程中发挥重要的作用,二者具有正协同作用,联合检测CD44v3和MMP-9蛋白可作为绒癌恶性进展的生物学指标。
Objective: To investigate the expression and correlation of CD44v3 and MMP-9 in choriocarcinoma and to reveal the role of CD44v3 in choriocarcinoma. Methods: The expression of 30 normal villi and 20 choriocarcinomas was detected by SABC immunohistochemistry. Results: The positive expression rates of CD44v3 in normal villi and choriocarcinoma were 3.3% and 90.0%, respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The positive rates of MMP-9 were 6.7% and 80.0% The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). In choriocarcinoma, the expressions of CD44v3 and MMP-9 were positively correlated (P <0.05). Conclusion: Overexpression of CD44v3 and MMP-9 plays an important role in the carcinogenesis and progression of choriocarcinoma. Both of them have a positive synergistic effect. The combined detection of CD44v3 and MMP-9 proteins can be used as a biological indicator of malignant progression of choriocarcinoma.
