在 0 18~ 1 0 8mol·L- 1H2 SO4 介质中 ,Ce(Ⅳ )对DBC 偶氮胂具有褪色作用 ,该褪色反应表现摩尔吸光系数为ε530nm=1 0 3× 10 4mol- 1·L- 1·cm- 1,Ce(Ⅳ )量在 1 2~ 12 0 μg·mL- 1范围内与有色溶液吸光度减少值呈线性关系 ,遵守比尔定律 ,研究了 36种共存离子的影响。方法已用于测定水样中的痕量铈 ,结果令人满意。本法具有准确度高 ,选择性好 ,操作简便快速的优点。本文提出了褪色反应机制。
In 0 18 ~ 108mol·L -1 1H 2 SO 4 medium, Ce (Ⅳ) has a fading effect on arsenazo DBC, the fading reaction showed a molar absorptivity of ε530nm = 103 × 104mol-1 · L-1 · Cm-1 and Ce (Ⅳ) showed a linear relationship with the decrease of absorbance of colored solution in the range of 1 2 ~ 12 0 μg · mL-1. Beer’s law was obeyed and the effect of 36 kinds of coexisting ions was studied. The method has been used to determine trace amounts of cerium in water samples with satisfactory results. This method has the advantages of high accuracy, good selectivity and easy operation. This paper presents a fading reaction mechanism.
