目的 比较研究榄香烯对胶质瘤细胞和正常神经胶质细胞的不同作用效果。方法 采用噻唑蓝 (MTT)方法检测榄香烯体外抑制大鼠C6胶质瘤细胞增殖的有效浓度 ;原代培养SD大鼠星形胶质细胞 ,比较观察不同浓度榄香烯对于C6胶质瘤细胞和原代星形胶质细胞的作用效果差异。结果 榄香烯能显著抑制C6细胞增殖 ,IC50 为 19.73~ 3 9.75mg/L。体外比较观察 ,榄香烯作用浓度在 80~ 10 0mg/L以内 ,不会引起正常星形胶质细胞的死亡和形态学的改变。然而 ,当药物浓度达 3 0~ 40mg/L ,C6胶质瘤细胞大部分发生了脱壁和死亡。 结论 榄香烯的抗肿瘤增殖作用具有一定的特异性。
Objective To compare the different effects of elemene on glioma cells and normal glial cells. Methods Thymidine blue (MTT) method was used to detect the effective concentration of elemene in rat C6 glioma cells in vitro. Primary cultured SD rats astrocytes were treated with different concentrations of elemene for C6 glioma Differences in the effects of cells and primary astrocytes. Results Elemene significantly inhibited the proliferation of C6 cells with IC50 of 19.73 ~ 3. 9.75 mg / L. Observed in vitro, elemene concentration of 80 ~ 100mg / L or less, will not cause the normal astrocyte death and morphological changes. However, when the drug concentration reached 30 ~ 40mg / L, most of C6 glioma cells were detached and died. Conclusion The anti-tumor proliferation of elemene has a certain specificity.
