本文是在多年从事豆类种子吸胀冷害系列研究的基础上,即以“再水合”的膜“修补”有物理与生化两过程的假设为指导,经室内模拟试验的结果,肯定了PEG引发能改善膜的修补,提高种子活力,增强抗逆力,进而应用于大豆抗寒早播的实践。经两年的田间试验结果表明,在湿冷的条件下,PEG引发的抗寒保苗效果显著。“黑河三号”是对低温敏感的品种,种子经PEG引发之后,早播能提高40%的出苗率。增产效果也因品种和地理条件可有很大的差异。如在佳木斯地区,以“合丰24”和“706”两品种为材料,早播可增产30~50%,而“合丰25”属抗寒品种,引发则无效果;在黑河地区,以“黑河3号”为材料,早播可增产7%,而“黑河4号”和“黑鉴1号”均无效。
This article is based on the series of researches on the imbibition and cold injury of leguminous seeds for many years.
