目的 :D ,L_色氨酸对映体的荧光法同时测定。方法 :在 β_环糊精存在下 ,D ,L_色氨酸对映体呈现显著不同的手性包络差异 ,并与酸度和温度密切相关 ,第一次成功地实现了该对映体的手性识别荧光测定。结果和结论 :该方法在D_或L_色氨酸对映体互为 5 0倍量的混合物中 ,可以准确测定D_或L_色氨酸对映体
Objective: Simultaneous determination of D, L-tryptophan enantiomers by fluorescence method. Methods: In the presence of β-cyclodextrin, enantiomers of D, L-tryptophan showed distinct chiral envelopment differences and were closely related to acidity and temperature. The enantiomers were successfully obtained for the first time Chirality Determination of Fluorescence. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: This method can accurately detect D_ or L_ tryptophan enantiomers in the mixture of D_ or L_ tryptophan enantiomers of 50 times each other
