尽管新课程改革在新疆已经实施3年多了,但由于高考这个指挥棒没有太大变化,新课改的问题和矛盾依然存在,教材内容多、课时紧,我们就经常在课堂上看到,有些老师为了省时间,自己设置问题自己答,或设置ABC让学生选,或整堂课一个流水线,让学生钻入自己的设计中去,看似一堂好课,有问有答,热闹非凡,师生配合好关系融洽,其实老师限制了学生的思维及创造性,不能充分体现课堂以学生为主的新课改理念。
