经典的拉力试验方法,至今仍为材料的检验、研制、结构的设计提供着基本的力学性能判据。随着测试技术的发展,必然对试验设备提出更高的要求,因此,不断改造试验设备是必然的趋势。本文介绍对WE-30型液压万能试验机进行改造的情况。目前,经过改造的试验机可以按预先给定的程序自动进行拉力试验,可直接显示σ_s、σ_b、σ_(0.2)等试验结果;可自动绘制负荷-伸长曲线,伸长的放大比能在500倍以内任意调节;其测量精度能满足国家标准“金属拉力试验法”GB228-76的要求;每小时约可完成50个拉力试验(包括测σ_(0.2));还可进行断裂韧性(K_(1c),J积分,COD)、抗弯、耐压强度及柔度测定等试验。
The classical tensile test method still provides basic mechanical performance criteria for the inspection, development and structural design of materials. With the development of testing technology, it is inevitable to put forward higher requirements for testing equipment. Therefore, it is an inevitable trend to continuously reform testing equipment. This article describes the WE-30 hydraulic universal testing machine to transform the situation. At present, the modified testing machine can automatically perform the tension test according to a predetermined program and directly display the test results of σ_s, σ_b, σ_ (0.2), etc. The load-elongation curve can be automatically drawn, 500 times less than any adjustment; the measurement accuracy can meet the national standard “metal tensile test ” GB228-76 requirements; about 50 per hour Rally test (including measuring σ_ (0.2)); also fracture toughness (K_ (1c), J integral, COD), bending, compressive strength and flexibility test.
