目的通过对上海市五种类型工业园区通用设备制造业存在的主要职业病危害因素进行统计分析,得出上海市通用设备制造业中应重点监督的操作岗位及此行业贯彻执行国家职业卫生法规、开展职业病防治工作的状况。方法通过对确定的五种类型工业园区通用设备制造业存在的主要职业病危害因素,按照国家职业卫生标准进行监督抽检,并送实验室进行分析。结果通用设备制造业中喷漆操作位二甲苯TWA达101 mg/m3、STEL 121 mg/m3;涂装器材打磨岗位电焊操作位电焊烟尘TWA达9.3 mg/m3;噪声超标工作岗位主要集中在钣金、成型车间打磨岗位、冷镦岗位、锻打锻压作业岗位、冲床作业岗位;熔炉作业岗位的高温作业点均超标。结论在通用设备制造业中喷漆操作岗位的二甲苯、涂装器材打磨岗位电焊烟尘、锻打锻压等作业场所的噪声及熔炉岗位的高温是易超标作业岗位,卫生监督部门在日常工作监督中应有监督侧重点,增强监督效能,积累监督经验。
