系泊系统设计对近浅海观测网的信息传输起到了至关重要的作用.针对存在风力和水流力的多成分系泊系统,建立了计算锚链形状、钢桶和钢管的倾斜角度、浮标的吃水深度和游动区域为主的多参数多目标优化模型.结合力与力矩的平衡方程,分析了各参数的约束条件.以吃水深度、最大游动距离和钢桶倾角作为目标函数,并根据多目标遗传算法求解得到最优设计方案.最后通过模型检验,验证了方案的可行性.
