研究饲料拌喂微生态制剂对建鲤生长性能、体成分和肠道菌群的影响。选用132尾健康无病的体质量(45.12±1.97)g建鲤鱼种,随机分为对照组和处理组,每组3个重复,每重复22尾鱼,对照组饲喂基础日粮,处理组饲喂基础日粮拌和微生态制剂(150亿CFU/kg饲料)日粮,饲养周期60 d。结果表明:处理组末质量、增重率、特定生长率和蛋白质效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),饲料系数和腹腔脂肪指数显著低于对照组(P<0.05);肥满度、肠体比、肝胰指数、脾指数及全鱼和肌肉一般营养成分组间均无显著差异(P>0.05);处理组肌肉二十碳一烯酸、亚麻酸和总单不饱和脂肪酸(∑MUFA)显著低于对照组(P<0.05),二十二碳四烯酸和二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)显著高于对照组,γ-亚麻酸极显著低于对照组(P<0.01);处理组肠道芽孢杆菌数量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),乳酸菌数量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),大肠杆菌数量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,饲料拌喂微生态制剂具有促进鲤鱼生长、提高其饲料利用率和调节鱼体脂肪酸组成的明显效果,该作用可能与其影响肠道菌群在肠道的定植和改善肠道微生态环境有关。
The effects of feed mixing probiotics on the growth performance, body composition and intestinal microflora of Jian carp were studied. 132 healthy and disease-free body weight (45.12 ± 1.97) g carp species were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 3 replicates in each group and 22 fish in each replicate group. The control group was fed basal diet, The basal diet was fed with a blend of probiotics (15 billion CFU / kg feed) for a period of 60 days. The results showed that the quality, weight gain rate, specific growth rate and protein efficiency of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.05), and the feed index and the abdominal fat index were significantly lower than those of the control group (P <0.05) (P> 0.05). In the treatment group, the levels of icosaic acid, linolenic acid and total monounsaturated fatty acids (Σ MUFA) was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05), and the levels of docosatetraenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) were significantly higher than those of the control group, and γ-linolenic acid was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.01). The number of Bacillus coli in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The number of lactic acid bacteria in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.01) and the number of Escherichia coli was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Studies have shown that the feed mixed with probiotics can promote the growth of carp, improve their feed utilization and regulate the fatty acid composition of fish significantly effect, which may be related to its impact on intestinal flora colonization and improve intestinal micro-ecological environment related.
