目的:建立一个与国际接轨的标本化的标本资源库和现代化的标本信息管理平台,为人类慢性疾病的基础和临床研究提供材料。方法:现场采集社区60岁以上老年人的血液、尿液标本,按分子生物学实验要求分装处理,于-80℃低温冷冻保存;建立标本及其相关临床资料信息化管理系统,可随时查询与分析。结果:通过对上海闵行江川社区60岁以上老年人样本收集和信息采集,共招募到6586人,标本数共108691份。对所收集标本的流行病学及临床资料信息通过信息化手段进入软件管理系统。结论:初步建立了具有高质量样本和系统临床随访资料的慢性病研究平台标本库,有利于慢性病研究的深入和开展,有利于资源有效合理利用。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a specimen resource database and a modern specimen information management platform that are in line with international standards, and provide materials for basic and clinical research on human chronic diseases. Methods: Samples of blood and urine of community aged 60 years and older were collected on site. The samples were sub-packed according to the requirements of molecular biology experiments and cryopreserved at -80 ℃. The information management system of specimens and related clinical data was established and can be queried at any time and analyse. Results: Through the sample collection and information collection of elderly people over the age of 60 in Jiangchuan community in Shanghai Minhang, a total of 6586 people were recruited, with a total of 108691 specimens. The collected specimens of epidemiological and clinical information through information technology into the software management system. Conclusion: The database of chronic disease research platform with high-quality samples and systematic clinical follow-up data has been initially established, which is conducive to the further development of chronic disease research and is conducive to the effective and rational use of resources.
