本文根据工程车辆远程监控诊断系统的数据采集、处理以及它的数据通信等功能特点,提出一个基于嵌入式系统、GPS、GPRS、CAN总线技术的远程管理终端设备设计方案。系统在硬件上采用意法半导体公司生产的新型STM32微控制器,在软件上采用μC/OS-II实时操作系统来调度各个应用任务的运行。本文在结构上采用模块化设计思路,详细阐述了关键模块的实现原理与实现方法,并对关键模块间的关系进行了描述。经过小批量测试,该方案在某型挖掘机上能有效地利用无线网络远程获取挖掘机的车辆定位信息、运行参数和故障信息,并且运行可靠,故障率低。满足了工程机械行业的管理、售后、维护需求。
According to the features of data acquisition, processing and data communication of the remote monitoring and diagnosis system of engineering vehicles, this paper proposes a remote terminal design scheme based on embedded system, GPS, GPRS and CAN bus technology. The system uses STMicroelectronics STMicroelectronics hardware STMicroelectronics produced in the software μC / OS-II real-time operating system to schedule the operation of various applications tasks. In this paper, the use of modular design concept, detailed description of the key principles and implementation of the module, and the relationship between the key modules are described.
