为了充分发挥陶瓷和金属的各自优势 ,同时避免它们的各自劣势 ,文章采用鲜有报道的多孔陶瓷骨架压渗工艺制备双连续相金属 /陶瓷复合材料。首先采用有机泡沫浸渍法制备 Si C多孔陶瓷骨架 ,然后将纯金属 A l压渗到骨架中 ,为了改善压渗效果 ,还对助渗剂进行研究。结果表明 ,纯金属 A l可以压渗进入陶瓷骨架中 ,使用助渗剂可得到更好的效果。该材料应用前须进一步改善压渗工艺 ,并选择合适的压渗合金
In order to give full play to their respective advantages of ceramics and metals, while avoiding their respective disadvantages, the article reports the porous ceramic skeleton infiltration process rarely reported dual-phase metal / ceramic composites.
