我国餐饮业作为我国第三产业的一个传统支柱产业,在改革开放后的二十多年中得到了快速发展,已呈现百花齐放、百家争鸣的局面。然而,近年来我国食品卫生安全问题越来越严重,迫使人们不得不思考,我国餐饮如何走一条健康,环保,可持续的餐饮道路?本文通过对我国餐饮业的现状进行分析,总结出发展绿色餐饮必要性和可行性,并且就如何发展绿色餐饮业提出自己的观点。
As a traditional pillar industry of China’s tertiary industry, China’s catering industry has witnessed rapid development in the past two decades after the reform and opening up. The situation of flourishing and contending schools has emerged. However, in recent years, the problem of food hygiene and safety in our country is getting more and more serious, forcing people to have to think about how to take a healthy, environmentally-friendly and sustainable way of catering in our country’s catering industry.Through the analysis of the current situation of China’s restaurant industry, The necessity and feasibility of catering, and put forward our own views on how to develop the green catering industry.
