杭州大学已成功地研制出一种新型的半导体三端恒流器件——3DH01—05型可调恒流管。该管经近两年来的试验和改进,已可供实用。其主要性能:最高工作电压为30~70V;最低工作电压为7~8V;输出电流为5~500mA,改变它的控制电阻可实现输出电流的分挡连续可调;动态电阻为20~200kΩ;电流温度系数一般低于0.1%℃~(-1)。 该管可用作恒流源,在数十和数百毫安范围内可代替一般使用的串联调整型稳定电路,还可在仪器桥路中直接实现恒流;用于基准电压,把它与2DW7C串联,对标准稳压管恒流供电,可显著提高基准电压
Hangzhou University has successfully developed a new type of semiconductor three-terminal constant current devices - 3DH01-05-type adjustable constant current tube.
