体育专业大学生产生运动心理疲劳会引起很大的负面影响,而引起其心理疲劳的因素却是很多原因的,其中有一些容易被忽视的因素,因而对体育专业大学生的运动心理疲劳现象的研究极为重要。体育专业大学生在日常训练运动时,老师和教练员需要根据学生实际情况去采取一些有效的方法,尽可能做到预防和消除心理疲劳,完善训练方法,提高训练效果,增进身心健康。
