三大国有航空公司纷纷加入国际航空联盟,客观的说对其发展有利有弊,但是总体来说只要把握住机遇,是能够给三大航带来竞争力的。面对越来越复杂的国内外环境和入盟条件的严格限制,对于民营航空公司来说加入航空联盟并非是有益的。民营航空应该根据自身的战略目标,寻求具有稀缺资源或者互补型资源的企业,达成战略联盟。战略联盟,是指两个或两个以上的企业,为实现某一战略目标而建立起来的合作性的利益共同体。建立战略联盟,旨在实现企业间的优势互补,增强企业的长期竞争优势,从企业的基本任务和方向中衍生出经营目标,进而赢得长远的相对优势,这也是企业进入新竞争时代的必然选择。 Three major state-owned airlines have joined the International Aviation Union one after another, objectively saying there are pros and cons for their development.
