三大国有航空公司纷纷加入国际航空联盟,客观的说对其发展有利有弊,但是总体来说只要把握住机遇,是能够给三大航带来竞争力的。面对越来越复杂的国内外环境和入盟条件的严格限制,对于民营航空公司来说加入航空联盟并非是有益的。民营航空应该根据自身的战略目标,寻求具有稀缺资源或者互补型资源的企业,达成战略联盟。战略联盟,是指两个或两个以上的企业,为实现某一战略目标而建立起来的合作性的利益共同体。建立战略联盟,旨在实现企业间的优势互补,增强企业的长期竞争优势,从企业的基本任务和方向中衍生出经营目标,进而赢得长远的相对优势,这也是企业进入新竞争时代的必然选择。
Three major state-owned airlines have joined the International Aviation Union one after another, objectively saying there are pros and cons for their development. However, as long as they grasp the opportunities as a whole, they can bring competitiveness to the three major carriers. In the face of increasingly complicated domestic and international environments and strict restrictions on accession conditions, it is not beneficial for private airlines to join the aviation alliance. Private aviation should, according to its own strategic objectives, seek enterprises with scarce resources or complementary resources to reach strategic alliances. Strategic alliances, refers to two or more enterprises, in order to achieve a strategic goal and establish a cooperative community of interests. The establishment of a strategic alliance aims to realize the long-term comparative advantage by complementing each other’s strengths and enhancing the long-term competitive advantage of enterprises. It also derives its business objectives from the basic tasks and direction of the enterprise, which is also an inevitable choice for enterprises to enter a new competitive era .
