目的建立华北城市地区成人肺通气功能的预计值方程式。方法对来自华北城市地区进行过基础体检符合健康成人条件的1200例(男性600例,女性600例)体检者测定用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)等5个常用肺通气指标,通过多元逐步回归求得各指标预计方程式,并与ECSC、Knudson等常用预计方程式比较预测值和实测值差异。结果肺功能指标中FVC、FEV1、FEF25%、FEF75%存在性别差异,FEV1/FVC无性别差异。多元逐步回归分析,男、女性肺功能指标FVC、FEV1、FEF 25%、FEF 25%均与身高呈正相关,与年龄呈负相关,而FEV1/FVC与身高及年龄均呈负相关,五项指标与体质量均无明显相关性。建立的肺功能指标的预计方程式,与其他预计方程式比较,本方程预计值与实测值差异最小。结论本研究建立的肺通气功能的预计方程式较适用于华北城市地区成人。
Objective To establish the predictive value equation of adult pulmonary ventilation function in urban areas of North China. Methods One hundred and twenty-two healthy subjects (600 males and 600 females) who underwent basic medical examination from urban areas of North China were tested for FVC, FEV1 and other five commonly used lungs Aeration indicators, through multiple stepwise regression to calculate the index of each indicator equation, and ECSC, Knudson and other commonly used prediction equations to compare the predicted value and the measured value difference. Results FVC, FEV1, FEF25%, FEF75% of the lung function indicators of gender differences, FEV1 / FVC no gender differences. Multivariate stepwise regression analysis showed that male and female pulmonary function indexes FVC, FEV1, FEF 25% and FEF 25% were positively correlated with height and negatively correlated with age, while FEV1 / FVC were negatively correlated with height and age. Five indicators No significant correlation with body weight. The established equations of lung function index, compared with other expected equations, the equation predicted and measured values of the smallest differences. Conclusion The predictive equation of pulmonary function established in this study is suitable for adults in urban areas of North China.
