随着机电一体化近年的迅速发展,尤其是微机电(Micro Electrical Mechanical System简称MEMS)的研究不断取得成果,为重大型装备安装定位系统提供了借鉴的基础和理论依据。文中研究的蒸汽发生器安装支撑装置能根据现场安装的需要使蒸汽发生器在X、Y、Z三个方向微位移、绕中心轴线旋转和垂直度的调整;确保蒸汽发生器的3个管嘴与其对应的主管道对中,以及完成蒸汽发生器与永久支撑的安装工作。文章主要针对AP1000蒸汽发生器安装支撑装置机械结构设计和高精度控制系统设计,以及支撑装置如何实现AP1000蒸汽发生器高精度安装要求。
With the rapid development of mechatronics in recent years, especially the research on Micro Electrical Mechanical System (MEMS), the research results have been continuously obtained, which provide the basis and theoretical basis for the installation of positioning system for major equipment.
