建立了在同一色谱条件下测定混剂中吡唑醚菌酯和氟啶胺含量的方法。采用200 mm×4.60 mm(i.d.)Hypersil BDS-C18柱分离,以甲醇-水-磷酸(体积比为85:15:0.02)为流动相,在260 nn紫外检测波长下,经保留时间定性确证,峰面积外标法进行定量分析。吡唑醚菌酯与氟啶胺的线性相关系数分别为1.000 0和1.000 0;变异系数分别为0.29%和0.36%;平均回收率分别为99.57%和100.07%。该方法操作简便快捷,准确度和精密度高,线性相关性好。
A method was established for the determination of pyraclostrobin and fluazinam in the mixture under the same chromatographic conditions. The mobile phase was separated on a Hypersil BDS-C18 column (200 mm × 4.60 mm) using methanol-water-phosphoric acid (85:15:.02) as a mobile phase and qualitatively confirmed by retention time at a UV detection wavelength of 260 nm. Peak area of external standard method for quantitative analysis. The linear correlation coefficients of pyraclostrobin and fluazinam were 1.000 0 and 1.000 0 respectively; the coefficients of variation were 0.29% and 0.36% respectively; the average recoveries were 99.57% and 100.07% respectively. The method is simple and fast, high accuracy and precision, good linear correlation.
