香菇味道鲜美,营养丰富,而且能防治疾病。是我国重要的出口物资,也是世界上最著名的食用菌之一。发展香菇生产,对于满足人民生活需要,扩大社队经营门路和增收外汇,促进四化实现,都具有重大意义。 近年来,我省不少食用菌栽培的爱好者,来信要求介绍有关食用菌的栽培方法。为此,我们曾到几个香菇场进行了调查。现结合有关资料,着重对香菇生产中采用较多的室内栽培法及其较关键性的技术措施作一简要介绍。

In recent years, many edible mushroom cultivation enthusiasts in our province, a letter asked to introduce the edible fungus cultivation methods. To this end, we have to several mushroom farm conducted a survey. Now combined with relevant information, focusing on the mushroom production more indoor cultivation methods and its more critical technical measures for a brief introduction.
