目的:探讨四逆汤对缺血心肌谷光甘肽S转移酶GST基因表达的影响。方法:昆明种小鼠,随机分为对照组、缺血组、缺血加四逆汤组。提取各组心肌组织总RNA通过RT=PCR,以β=actin为內参照对GST基因的表达水平进行检测。结果:缺血加四逆汤组GST基因表达显著强于对照组及缺血组。结论:四逆汤能诱导GST基因的表达,GST能催化谷胱甘肽与亲电子物质发生结合反应。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Sini decoction on the expression of GST gene in ischemic myocardium. Methods: Kunming mice were randomly divided into control group, ischemia group, ischemia plus Sini decoction group. The expression of GST gene was detected by RT=PCR and β=actin as internal reference. Results: GST gene expression in ischemic plus Sini Tang group was significantly stronger than that in the control group and the ischemic group. Conclusion: Sini decoction can induce the expression of GST gene. GST can catalyze the binding reaction between glutathione and electrophilic substances.
