目的:探讨以家庭为中心的护理理念在孕妇学校中的应用效果及价值。方法:选取2015年1月至2015年6月重庆市涪陵区妇幼保健院200例初产妇为研究对象,按照数字表法随机分为观察组与对照组各100例,分别给予常规教学、以家庭为中心的护理理念教学,评价教学42 d后两组孕妇的教学效果。结果:观察组教学效果评分明显高于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在孕妇学校教学中应用以家庭为中心的护理理念,可显著提高教学效果,促进和谐的教学关系,减少家庭中新生儿护理中的冲突。
Objective: To explore the application effect and value of family-centered nursing concept in pregnant women’s school. Methods: From January 2015 to June 2015, 200 cases of primipara in Fuling District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Chongqing were selected as the research object, and randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the digital meter method. Each group was given routine teaching, As the center of the concept of nursing education, evaluation of 42 d after teaching two groups of pregnant women teaching effectiveness. Results: The score of teaching effect in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group. There was significant difference between two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: The family-centered nursing concept in the teaching of pregnant women can significantly improve the teaching effect, promote the harmonious teaching relationship and reduce the conflict in the newborn care of the family.
