取广东省花生主产区土壤研究硼、钼对花生氮代谢影响。结果表明 ,分别施用硼、钼和二者配合施用均可显著或极显著提高花生叶片的硝酸还原酶和根瘤固氮酶活性 ,促进花生固氮及对氮的利用 ,显著或极显著增加花生氮的积累量 ,促进氮素从营养器官向籽粒转移 ,提高花生产量和籽粒的蛋白质含量 ,并使土壤中有效氮含量提高
The effects of boron and molybdenum on nitrogen metabolism of peanut were studied in the soil of peanut main producing areas in Guangdong Province. The results showed that both application of boron and molybdenum, respectively, both significantly and extremely significantly enhanced the activities of nitrate reductase and nodule nitrogenase activity in peanut leaves, promoted nitrogen fixation of peanut and utilization of nitrogen, and significantly increased the accumulation of nitrogen in peanut To promote the transfer of nitrogen from vegetative organs to grain, increase the yield of peanut and the protein content of grain, and increase the content of available nitrogen in soil
