此项研究有两个目的:估计颏前徙成形术后颏部的变化和应用有限元分析法评价区别于其它相关手术的颏成形术后的变化。 材料和方法 20例患者经口内切口行带蒂颏前徙成形术,对其术前、术后立即及术后6个月和1年的头影测量的比较。下颌用5个解剖标志(Gn,B,Pg,Id,Me)确定4个三角形有限元(Gn-Pg-Me Gn-B-Pg Gn-Id-B Id-Me-Gn)进行分析(附图a)。 结果 1.术前至术后(附图b),Gn-Pg-Me元有平行Gn-Pg线的扩大和平行于Me-Pg的缩小。表明手术时颏段实际前移和Me向前和向上移位;Gn-B-Pg元因颏段手术前徙有平行Pg-Gn的扩大,因截骨段向上旋
The purpose of this study was twofold: to estimate the changes in the chin area after chinoplasty and to evaluate the changes after genioplasty that differed from other related procedures using finite element analysis. MATERIALS AND METHODS Twenty patients underwent transanal incision genioplasty with a preoperative, immediate and postoperative 6-month and 1-year cephalometric comparison. Four triangular finite elements (Gn-Pg-Me Gn-B-Pg Gn-Id-B Id-Me-Gn) were identified by 5 anatomic landmarks (Gn, B, Pg, Id, Me) a). Results 1.
